cartoon

Once more the Nikolaou stairs by night, from the same spot as previous one, but after some editing with GIMP’s built-in filters. This one is called “cartoon” and is supposed to give a cartoon look to the photo. I am not really 100% sure if it did the job but I like the effect anyway.
